YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試臺分為液壓系統(tǒng)、電氣系統(tǒng)、機械系統(tǒng)、測壓系統(tǒng)、水箱系統(tǒng)等五大系統(tǒng)，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控制管路及控制閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控制管路及控制閥、液壓控制系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規(guī)格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用于小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內(nèi)外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼?zhèn)鋳A爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤系統(tǒng)內(nèi)配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環(huán)貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試臺試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試臺設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數(shù)據(jù)管理系統(tǒng)。
